Where We Ship

We currently ship within the United States only.

Shipping Rates

  • Calculated at checkout
  • Large orders may arrive in multiple boxes at no extra cost.

Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays).
  • All shipping is handled only on business days. No orders are processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
    For example: An order placed on Friday afternoon may not ship until Monday and may arrive as late as Tuesday depending on the carrier.
  • You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

Delivery Timeframes

  • Standard delivery generally arrives within 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location and the carrier.
  • Expedited shipping is not available at this time.

Order Tracking

  • A tracking link will be emailed to you once your order ships.
  • Didn’t get it? Check your spam folder or contact us at rdlmarketingsm@gmail.com.

Address & Order Changes

  • Enter your shipping address carefully at checkout.
  • Need to update the address or cancel? Contact us as soon as possible at rdlmarketingsm@gmail.com. We’ll do our best, but we can’t make changes once an order has shipped.

Delivery Issues (Lost/Damaged)

  • Damaged on arrival: Email rdlmarketingsm@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, photos of the packaging, and the damaged item. We’ll make it right.
  • Tracking shows delivered but you can’t find it:
  1. Check around the property and with neighbors,
  2. Verify the address on your order confirmation,
  3. Contact the carrier, then reach out to us if you still need help.

PO Boxes & APO/FPO

  • Some paint products are restricted by carriers and may not be deliverable to PO Boxes or APO/FPO. If your address isn’t eligible, we’ll contact you to arrange an alternative or issue a refund.

Shipping Restrictions

  • Certain items (e.g., hazardous or temperature-sensitive products like paints) may face regional restrictions or weather-related delays. If your order is affected, we’ll notify you promptly.
  • We reserve the right to cancel and refund orders that cannot be shipped safely or legally.

Failed Delivery / Refused Packages

  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal, or missed pickups, we’ll refund the product price once received back in sellable condition. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Taxes

  • Applicable sales tax will be calculated and shown at checkout for your shipping address.
