General
What makes Diamond Brite Paint contractor-grade?
Our paints are formulated for demanding, large-scale projects delivering durable finishes, reliable coverage, and straightforward application for floors, parking lots, exteriors, and commercial spaces.
Which surfaces can I use it on?
Check each product page for specifics, but our ranges commonly cover concrete, masonry, asphalt (parking lots), wood, drywall, and primed metal.
How much area will a gallon cover?
Coverage varies by surface and product. As a guideline, many of our paints cover about one coat per gallon for typical substrates (see each product’s “Coverage” for precise numbers). Porous or rough surfaces will absorb more.
How many coats and how long between coats?
Most projects perform best with 2 coats. Recoat times vary by product and climate; see the product label/specs. Always ensure the previous coat is dry to the touch before recoating.
Can I brush, roll, or spray?
Yes—our paints are designed to brush, roll, or spray. Use pro-quality tools and follow the product page for tip sizes, thinning (if any), and application notes.
Shipping
How long does order processing take?
Orders typically process within 2 business days, and you’ll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking as soon as your order leaves our warehouse. All shipping is done on business days only, and no orders are processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. Because of this, orders placed late on a Friday or during a holiday may not be processed until the next business day for example, a Friday afternoon order may not arrive until Tuesday.
What are the shipping times?
Standard delivery usually arrives in 2 to 4 business days after dispatch. Transit times depend on your location and carrier service level.
How much does shipping cost?
Rates are flat / calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and carrier. You’ll see the final cost before you place your order.
Do you ship to internationally?
Current we only delivered to USA
How do I track my package?
Once shipped, we’ll email you a tracking link. You can also use Track My Order with your order number and email.
Returns & Exchanges
What’s your return window?
You can return eligible items within 30 days of delivery, as long as they are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Cans must be returned unopened for any returns, refunds, or exchanges. If your item arrived damaged or defective, a photo of the damage must be provided before we can begin the refund process. Please note that no refunds are issued after 30 days.
Are any items non-returnable?
Yes custom-tinted paints, opened containers, clearance/final-sale items, and hazardous goods aren’t returnable for safety and quality reasons.
How do I start a return?

(include your order number and reason). We’ll issue a return authorization and step-by-step instructions. Please don’t send items back without approval.
Who pays for return shipping?
If the item arrived damaged, defective, or we made an error, we’ll make it right and cover return/replacement shipping. For all other returns (change-of-mind, wrong color/size ordered, etc.), the customer is responsible for return shipping.
When will I receive my refund or exchange?
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3–7 business days. (Your bank/card may take additional time to post.) Exchanges ship after the return is approved or we’ll process a replacement if there was a carrier or manufacturing issue.
